Report a warranty claim
At VELFAC, we work hard to always deliver flawless windows and doors. Unfortunately, manufacturing errors or damage can occur during transport from the factory to the delivery address. If you experience faults in your VELFAC windows and doors, you can submit a claim.
Tip
Take pictures of the fault you want to report and have the order and position number ready when you start filling in the claim.
If you want to report transport damage, it must be photo-documented while the window/door is still on the pallet.
